Our Story

Welcome to Thoughtful Threads!

We are a team of students at the University of Colorado Boulder advocating for sustainable and ethical shopping habits. We have chosen to do this by bringing awareness to the dire environmental and social impacts of Fast Fashion. Our research and project primarily targeted young adults in the Denver/Boulder area but our advocacy pertains to society as a whole as this is a global issue.

We are eager to provide you with information on the consequences of Fast Fashion, suggestions for combatting it, as well as a guide for repurposing your old clothes. We have included a list of sustainable and second-hand shops within Colorado, and hope you enjoy!
